Troy opened Advantage Air in 1999. Troy has been working in the heating and cooling industry for over 28 years. He began working with his father in the mid 1980’s and was taught every aspect of heating and cooling from installation and service repair to airflow diagnostic and load calculations. Troy keeps our technicians and clients informed of the latest technology and highest energy efficiency’s available to meet their needs. Troy attended Southeast Missouri State. Troy’s mission for Advantage Air is to deliver the BEST service possible to our clients with the highest trained, most qualified technicians. Troy also wants to make sure that Advantage Air provides 100% customer satisfaction through the personalized service our entire staff has to offer.
Michelle married into the heating and cooling industry. She has been with the company since day one. Michelle was taught the day to day operations of heating and cooling industry and has taken over the project estimating for Advantage Air. Michelle graduated from the University of Missouri St. Louis with a degree in business administration. Michelle specializes in personalized and detailed service to all clients from the beginning of their experience with Advantage Air through their long lasting relationship / commitment for all future and current needs.
Dana is our second most senior level technician with about 12 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Along with Dana’s experience and her great charismatic attitude towards customers, she exemplifies what the company at Advantage Air LLC is all about. Dana being our second highest level technician is our Project Manager Technician and helps lead the team of technician’s on specific rules and protocol to follow to ensure the job is being done correctly in a timely manner. Dana’s great leadership role allows for us to maintain a strong dependable team here at Advantage Air LLC.
James (Mike) Renwick
Mike joined the Advantage Air team in April of 2015. He was brought on to help fill many needs that the company is experiencing as we continue to grow. Mike brings 15 year worth of experience to the team where we look to have him help and assist in the continued education of the Level I Technicians. As a kid Mike grew up in Affton, but his family and kids have made St. Louis their home where he enjoys spending weekends as a Dad. Mike brings a lot to the Advantage Air team reassuring that the future at Advantage Air looks promising.
CSR & Office Manager
Jennifer has come to Advantage Air being new to the HVAC industry, but brings an extensive history of exceptional customer service to the team. She is the one to greet you with a smile over the phone with any questions, comments, concerns, or appointments needed. Jennifer holds the responsibility of assisting in day to day operations, to facilitating different technicians throughout the day. In her Office Manager role she is responsible for billing, booking appointments, mailings, and processing paperwork where Advantage Air looks to expand while the company is rapidly growing. Jennifer is always willing to take on any job to help the team here at Advantage Air and that is part of what makes Jennifer a perfect fit for the company.
